This is a great healthy alternative to go with a beautiful tray of fresh veggies!
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. Nonfat greek yogurt
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
3/4 tsp. fresh dill
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1-1/2 tsp. green onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbs. fresh parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and serve chilled. Enjoy!
