Today is National Margarita Day - perfect ending to a Monday. Love margaritas but hate the sugar and calories?
Here is a simple, skinny version for you!
2-3 fresh lime wedges
1-3 fresh orange wedges
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. raw honey (or liquid coconut sugar)
1 cup ice
1 oz. agave tequila
1 splash sweet & sour mix
Lime slices for garnish
1. Place the lime wedges, orange wedges, lime juice & honey in a serving glass. Muddle until mixed well.
2. Top with ice, tequila & mixer. stir until mixed.
3. Garnish with lime and enjoy!
