If you love gatorade but don't love the ingredients, check out this recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 cups water or coconut water
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon calcium magnesium powder
- 1/2 cup juice (make sure it is 100% juice)
- 1 tablespoon stevia, coconut sugar or honey.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together & serve chilled. Enjoy!
